2. Delivery Time

• For remote or outlying areas, delivery may take 4–5 business days.

3. Delivery Process

• Our team will contact the customer prior to delivery to confirm the time and address.

• The customer must be present at the agreed location to receive the order and make the payment.

4. Failed Delivery Policy

• If the customer is not available at the time of delivery:

  • Delivery will be rescheduled within two days.

  • If delivery fails twice, the order will be returned to the store.
